Leave and receive feedback on your landing page by adding comments within the Landing Page Builder.
This feature will allow you to:
Comment in Landing Page Builder:
Add new comment by viewport (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Reply to a comment
Tag a user in a comment
Edit a comment
Delete a comment
Resolve a comment
Filter Comments by:
Status - Open/Resolved
Author - All, Assigned to Me, Added by Me, Other
Viewport - All, Desktop, Mobile, Tablet
Search Comments:
Enter a keyword into the search bar to find the comment you’re looking for
Get started
Ensure the user has access to the Landing Page Builder:
Commenting in Landing Page Builder
Add a Comment
Go into Landing Page Builder by either creating a new landing page or editing an existing landing page
Click the “Comment” icon in the top right section of the subheader
Click anywhere within the landing page canvas to add a comment
You can add comments to different viewports by selecting the viewport you would like to leave feedback on, then adding the comment directly in that viewport
Comments will be separated by viewport in the right-hand commenting column
Clicking on a comment belonging to a specific viewport will change the landing page canvas to show the comment in that viewport
4. To tag a user in a comment, type “@” + their name and select the desired user from the dropdown
Reply/React to a Comment
In the right-hand commenting column, click on the comment that you would like to respond to, the comment will expand in the landing page canvas and you can type your response.
Your response will be visible beneath the original comment in the landing page canvas and in the right-hand commenting column.
To add a reaction, click on the smily face icon and select the reaction you would like to add to the comment
Edit/Delete a Comment
To edit a comment you added, hover over the comment you would like to edit in the landing page canvas or in the right-hand commenting column, then click “Edit”
To delete a comment you added:
Click on the trash icon next to the comment you would like to delete - this action is available in the landing page canvas and in the right-hand commenting column
A confirmation modal will appear and ask you to confirm if you would like to proceed with deleting the comment
Once a comment is deleted, it cannot be retrieved
To delete a comment in a thread, click on the ellipses next to the comment you would like to delete & select “delete” from the options
Resolving a Comment
If you would like to indicate that you have actioned feedback that was left for you via a comment, you can do so by resolving the comment:
To resolve a comment, click on the check icon next to the comment you would like to resolve
You can view resolved comments by setting the status filter in the right-hand comment column to “resolved”
Comment Search/Filters
You can quickly find the comment you’re looking for by using the search and filter functionality in the right-hand commenting column:
To apply filters, click on the filter icon in the right-hand commenting column to expand the filter menu:
Author: filter comments by author
All - default
Assigned to Me - comments that you are tagged in
Added by Me - comments added by you
Other - comments added by someone other than you where you are not tagged
Viewport: filter comments by viewport
All - default
Desktop - comments added to the desktop viewport of the landing page
Mobile - comments added to the mobile viewport of the landing page
Tablet - comments added to the tablet viewport of the landing page
To search for a specific comment, type your search criteria into the search bar in the right-hand commenting column
