Stensul’s October release helps teams translate and adapt email for different markets, check brand voice during creation, assemble emails through AI agents, and turn Figma designs into email modules. It also introduces improvements to review deadlines and project navigation.
Localization and Translation at Scale
Translate your email. Adapt it for every market. Keep every version on-brand and in step. Translate with your brand guardrails built in. Manage regional adaptations, personalization variants, and approvals in one place. Every team knows what’s changed and what’s ready to ship.
Teams can now:
Create localized versions from an approved source email
Lock the source before localization begins
Translate with Stensul AI, a connected AI provider, regional experts, or an external translation workflow
Maintain connections between source and localized emails across libraries
Translate dynamic content in a single action
See when a source change leaves a localized version out of sync
Review and retrigger translation when an update is needed
Localization happens within the email’s existing structure, helping translated content fit its modules and layouts from the start.
For a full breakdown, see the Localization: Create and Manage Language Versions (AI, Copy Source Email, JSON) help article
Brand Voice Guardrails
Set your voice and tone standards once. Put them to work in every email. Check copy against your brand’s voice and tone rules during creation. Teams catch issues early and send stronger work into review.
The brand voice check can now:
Evaluate email copy against configured voice and tone rules
Identify the text that does not meet a rule
Flag issues with tone, terminology, and writing style
Suggest a correction that marketers can apply
Recheck the email after the copy changes
Prevent an email from being completed when the check is required
For a full breakdown, see the Governance Rules: Brand Voice for Emails help article.
Agentic Email Assembly through MCP
Enable your AI agents to turn briefs into render-tested email code and refine emails based on feedback – all within your guardrails. Stensul’s expanded MCP capabilities let agents assemble complete emails, including personalization, from approved modules without starting from a template or existing email. Your team stays in control of review and approval.
AI agents can now:
Retrieve structured campaign information from an Adobe Workfront brief
Assemble an email using approved Stensul modules
Add modules to an email already in progress
Reorder email sections
Select from approved module layout options
Update the email name, subject line, and preheader
Use predefined audience segments for dynamic content
Apply a broader set of configured Stensul checks
Preview the updated email before handoff
Agents can add, reorder, and adjust modules in response to feedback, reducing manual edits in Stensul. Admins can specify where agents retrieve briefs, such as Workfront.
Figma-to-Email Production at Scale
Design for a campaign or rebrand in Figma. Automatically turn the full set of designs into email modules in Stensul. Stensul adapts the designs to email’s requirements. Changes are reviewed and published by admins, so your library stays under control.
Authorized designers can now:
Select multiple new Figma components and send them to Stensul in one action
Create editable Stensul module drafts from those components
Update an individual module originally created through the Stensul Figma plugin
Submit new and updated modules for administrator review
Keep existing campaigns unchanged while a module update is reviewed
Notify teams when a published module update is available for existing emails and templates
Designers maintain their design system in their preferred tool, while teams and AI agents build email with approved modules. Designers can also create and edit individual Stensul modules in Figma.
Publishing and current limitations: New and updated modules remain unpublished drafts until an administrator reviews their settings, applies the appropriate guardrails, and publishes them. Bulk creation currently supports new modules only. Updates to existing modules must be submitted individually.
For a full breakdown, see the Figma Module Updates help article and the Figma Multiple Modules Export help article.
Review & Approval Due Dates
Give review and approval tasks due dates so owners can see what needs attention before a campaign stalls.
Campaign owners can now:
Add due dates to review tasks
Add due dates to approval tasks
Give reviewers a clear deadline for action
See when an assigned review or approval is due
For a full breakdown, see the Due Dates for Approval Workflows help article.
Projects List Improvements
Find projects you created with the new Created by Me filter.
The Projects list now allows users to filter to projects they created, making it easier to find their work in large project lists.
One AI governance layer through campaign change
These capabilities help keep campaign work connected as it moves across languages, AI tools, design files, campaign builders, and review processes.
The new functionality is available beginning October 6, subject to account configuration and packaging. Read the October release blog for the broader story, or contact your CSM to discuss setup and availability for your account.
