Updated over 2 weeks ago

Add/receive feedback via comments in Email Builder when an email is in “Draft” or “Edit” mode.

Use Case - Email Builder Only
Email Builder users can leave comments for themselves and/or for their collaborators while building and editing an email.

Use Case - Email Builder + Proof (Stensul Review & Approval)

Example: Email has been sent for review using Stensul’s Review & Approval feature.

Reviewer: Open the Proof for the email under review, leave feedback by adding comments, and move the email through the review stages by approving/rejecting the email or bypassing the stage.

Reply, resolve, or add new comments directly from Email Builder and changes will be reflected in the Proof for reviewers to see.
