From Q2 through Q4, we introduced new capabilities that help enterprise teams move faster while staying aligned to brand, compliance, and process. We focused on AI-assisted creation, multi-channel landing pages, structured project organization, better design-to-build alignment, and smoother collaboration across teams. Here’s a summary of what shipped in the second half of 2025.
AI Smart Duplicate
Instead of cloning and manually updating emails, teams can spin up optimized versions instantly. Perfect for A/B testing, localization, or iterative campaigns where speed and consistency matter.

With a simple prompt and template selection, teams can now generate a structured first draft directly inside Stensul. This helps reduce time spent getting started and ensures every email begins with a solid foundation—aligned to brand standards from the outset.
AI Text Regeneration
Teams can now rewrite subject lines, headlines, CTAs, or entire body sections in a single click. Whether refining tone or tightening copy, updates happen in-platform, keeping creators in flow.

AI Voice Suggestions
Stensul now references your last three emails to maintain tone, style, and voice when using AI. This ensures brand consistency—even when scaling content across regions or teams.
Stensul-Figma Plugin (BETA)
Designers can now apply Stensul guardrails directly within Figma. Concepts created in design reflect the same constraints and expectations used in build—reducing drift, rework, and back-and-forth between teams.
Marketers get more layout flexibility, while brand and operations teams retain control over what can be edited. This strikes the right balance between speed and structure.
Improved layout controls make it easier for teams to build complex landing pages confidently. Page creation feels more intuitive, even for non-technical users.
Teams can now hide or show page elements based on device type and apply device-specific styling for text, layout, and spacing. This ensures responsive experiences without the need for complex workarounds.
Feedback and collaboration now happen directly inside the Stensul Email Builder. Real-time comments keep reviews organized and reduce approval delays.
Automatic Module Updates
When layout or style changes are made to shared modules, updates cascade across associated emails automatically—preserving existing content while improving visual consistency at scale.
Teams can access approved AEM assets directly from within Stensul, eliminating the need for manual downloads or uploads and ensuring compliance with brand-approved content.
Emails and landing pages can now be grouped into projects with metadata like start and end dates. This gives teams clearer visibility into campaign timelines and reduces manual tracking.
Users can now select and assign multiple emails to a project at once—saving time, reducing administrative work, and helping teams stay organized across large programs.
Looking Ahead
2025 focused on simplifying creation without sacrificing structure. Every release this year aimed to reduce friction, improve alignment, and empower teams to produce better work—faster. As we head into 2026, we’ll continue evolving the Stensul platform to support even greater collaboration, channel flexibility, and intelligent automation across the creation process.
