Availability: At this time, this is an Open Beta feature. To gain access, contact your CSM.
About this Feature
Stensul Projects act as flexible folders with metadata capabilities, allowing teams to organize Stensul email and landing page assets for specific purposes (e.g. campaigns, journeys, initiatives, etc.). Projects support metadata such as descriptions, start dates, and end dates, enhancing planning, tracking, and collaboration.
Feature Setup
The Stensul projects feature is a restricted feature that must be enabled in your Stensul instance. To access this feature, please contact your assigned customer success manager (CSM).
Permissions
Once enabled for your instance, any user can access the projects page. However, there are specific permissions needed to manage projects e.g. create, edit, delete.
Permissions | Description |

Accessing Projects
With this feature enabled, projects are available as an option in the primary header menu.

Project Links
Each Stensul project has a unique link associated with it that can be shared with your team for fast access. The project link has the following format:

If typos and misspellings are entered, the search will attempt to identify, correct, and leverage that keyword in the search. For example, if journey

the search will still function as if the spelling was correct.
Search Support for Authors
Search will also support the querying of author’s names.
Semantic Search
For customers with the Stensul AI feature enabled, when you do not recall the project name or a specific keyword, the search function will attempt to identify and display project options based on your semantic search. To use the semantic search feature, you must enter in five or more keywords in the search field.
Note: This is an experimental feature, results may vary.
